Are you searching for CrossFit™ classes to join? Are you looking into body building? East Coast Aesthetic in Marlton, New Jersey, is a neighborhood training and fitness gym that helps people build a better body. The exercise and training we provide develops strength, increases endurance, and improves your physical and mental fitness. You'll get the right mix of training and instruction to obtain the desired results. Coach Jules offers both online coaching and in-person sessions in the Mount Laurel area.

Online Coaching

Get fit no matter where you live on the East Coast through our online coaching. Send us photographs of yourself with your personal information including, age, weight, and any medical conditions. We'll create a custom meal prep plan for you. Coach Jules will consult with you bi-weekly to help you maintain progress. The following meal plans can be developed:

• Vegetarian
• Paleo
• Diet Fitting Client Macros
• Flexible Diet

In-Person Sessions

Meet with Coach Jules for a weekly 30- or 60-minute session. We'll create a customized plan to meet your goals. Whether you are an athlete recovering from a sports injury or are just looking to lose weight, we can help you achieve success. Our trainers can also provide physical therapy. Your workout plans are developed according to what calories should be burned based on your medical history and age.

Food on Scale


We offer several training and life coaching programs at different rates. These include:

• 30-Minute One-On-One Training—$30
• 60-Minute One-On-One Training—$50
• Two Sessions a Week—$200 a Month
• Personal Training & Nutrition—$299 a Month
• Competition Training, Varies—$300 to $800

Competition Training

Get conditioned for amateur or national body building shows. Results often depend on genetics and how early you start preparing. We recommend beginning at least eight weeks to six months before a competition, depending on your goals. Training may include one-on-one sessions and nutritional counseling.

Customized Training

All workouts and warm-ups are scaled to suit your athletic abilities and fitness levels. Your health is important. Even advanced athletic workouts are capped at between 20 to 25 minutes.
